Case Consultation for Complex Clinical Presentations

Case consultation provides focused, clinically grounded support for mental health providers seeking guidance with complex cases, differential diagnosis, trauma and attachment concerns, or system-level challenges. This service is available to clinicians working with clients of any age, across a wide range of settings and clinical backgrounds.

Together, we explore the client’s history, relational context, cultural factors, environmental stressors, and presenting symptoms to develop a clear, thoughtful clinical understanding, one that integrates developmental science, trauma-informed practice, and attachment awareness.

Common AREAS OF FOCUS INCLUDE

  • Navigating trauma, attachment, or relational dynamics

  • Considering differential diagnoses (e.g., ADHD vs. anxiety vs. trauma vs. neurodevelopmental differences)

  • Working with clients experiencing behavioral, emotional, or regulatory difficulties

  • Supporting families, caregivers, or complex systems

  • Integrating early childhood or developmental principles into broader mental health practice

  • Seeking guidance on case conceptualization, treatment planning, or next steps
